Here is some of my music written to accompany films, animations, videogames, and other moving visual images. In addition to formal music education at Queens College, Hunter College, and Mannes College of Music, I have been a composer of many genres for many years. Here a just a few examples.

The Balcony was created for an animation about a disabled boy who watches the world from his bedroom window. One day, an accident at school gives him the fleeting ability to transform into a fully enabled, super strong-monster that performs heroic deeds.

Space Germs was created for an animated story about a race of aliens invading Earth. The music helps to provide an older sci-fi feel.

This music is inspired by an idea for a call to adventure that takes our heroes aboard a ship heading to a far away land fraught with danger.

This dark electronic piece was created for a TV pilot based on a comic book called 'Henchmen'. The 'Henchmen' TV pilot had its debut at the 2008 Atlanta Comic-Con convention, the world's largest comic book convention.

Written as an idea for an the opening segment of a weekly TV series about a group of kids solving crimes. Guitar performed by Vassilis Bakopoulos.

This is for a story about a man who operates and elevator for a living, yet the small confines do not inhibit his imagination.

This is an alternate take of "Shushan" which ended up being used for the Purim play. I was asked to speed up the tempo and put a big chord at the beginning. I also re-tracked the guitar with different effects.

This music accompanies a silent film about a young girl purchasing a magical mask from a street vendor. Two themes intertwine in reaction to images on the screen. I wrote this specifically for only a handful of instruments.
